With over 11,000 different types of plants both indoors and out, Longwood Gardens is the the world's premier horticulture showplace.  

Join us as we spend a summer day capturing the towering fountains and relish summer in the gardens. The outdoor waterlily display is alive this time of year with more than 100 types of tropical waterlilies, day bloomers, lotus and other aquatic plants.

As always Michael will be right there to guide you in areas like composition, lighting, exposure and more to help you hone your photography skills.

Required Equipment:
    Digital SLR Camera
    Remote Shutter Release Cable

Recommended Equipment:
    An external flash unit with remote capabilities (cable or wireless)
    Any lens will work, a macro or 70mm or above
The workshop runs from 9:00am-3:00pm, the drive time is approximately 2 hours 15 minutes. The day begins meeting Michael at the Belmar Train Station Parking Lot at 6:45am where you will be driven to Longwood Gardens and return by approximately 5:30pm.

One 10 1/2 hour session
$225 includes round trip transportation and entry fees.
