This three-hour Flash workshop is designed to teach you the essentials of controlling your off-camera flash, and understanding light modification.
Flash is as versatile as the many lighting conditions you may encounter on a daily basis. Proper manipulation, and understanding of your off-camera flash becomes one of your biggest assets when encountering various lighting conditions. Your instructor Michael S. Miller will teach you how to produce an image with proper flash control that contains balanced light no matter the location or light source.
Learn how to produce good light from a single flash to turn an ordinary image into a consistent and extraordinary photograph through proper use of bouncing, flagging, high-speed sync, gelling, and controlling the functions and settings of your flash.
Workshop participants must bring a camera, and any off-camera flash unit. If camera manual and flash unit manual are available they will be helpful, but are not required for this workshop.
Cost: $85 BAC Members / $100 non-members
