Spend the day learning how to photograph wildlife in the fun, safe and controlled environment of The Bronx Zoo with photography director/instructor Michael S. Miller. Our small group size allows Michael to spend time providing group instruction as well as one on one with everyone.
Spring time is a great time to visit The Bronx Zoo with all the new born animals. The Bronx Zoo is a landmark venue with cutting edge exhibits featuring over 4,000 animals from around the world. It is the largest urban zoo in the United States with 265 acres. If you are planning a safari or just enjoy photographic animals you can hone your skills on this unique adventure.
You will enjoy time in the Congo Gorilla Forest, always a favorite with their playfulness and unique, almost human personalities. The Season Butterfly Garden will be open with over a dozen different butterfly species to enjoy and photograph.
“Thanks again for the workshop on Saturday. It’s All happening At The Zoo was much fun and also educational. Being prepared to be lucky is not something that you learn when doing landscapes or architecture.” Paul C.
Thanks to Dona M. Palmer for her amazing photographs made during a It’s All Happening at the Zoo – The Bronx Zoo with Visions.
